Mat Pilates is performed on the floor using a yoga mat and various props. The main fitness goals of a Mat Pilates program includes improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.
Yoga, Pilates, Barre
Mentally and actively let out tension using stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques. While building your core strength, also will provide deliberate and intense muscle engagement.
Cycle
An intense cardiovascular workout using stationary cycles. Instructors use music and verbal clues to simulate cycling on roads and trails. While it is a super-intense workout, it can easily be modified for anyone, even beginners.

Five Seasons Sports Club has state-of-the-art fitness studios that include cardiovascular, free weights, pilates, bands and tubes, and spinning and aerobic studios. With the certified personal trainers on staff, Five Seasons will rival anyone in the area.

Stephanie McFarland
Stephanie has a diverse background in fitness with a focus on recreational sports. She graduated with a BA from Miami University in Oxford, OH. Her specialties include injury prevention and rehabilitation and general fitness and conditioning. She is active in equestrian sports and hold advanced belts in TaeKwonDo and Kajukenpo Karate. She enjoys running and outdoor activities.

Kirk Willig
Kirk played varsity soccer and ran track at Hanover College, where he received his BA in Exercise Physiology. He continues to compete in Track & Field events as a long jumper with USA Track & Field. Kirk is an ACE trainer focusing on speed and agility training, sport specific training, injury rehab and prevention and general fitness and conditioning.

Level 4 Personal Trainer
Karl Daniels
Karl was a four sport varsity athlete in high school and ran track & field at Ohio University, where he earned his B.S. in Exercise Sciences. As an ACSM certified personal trainer, he specializes in the management of ADD/ADHD symptoms and diabetes with exercise. From high performance training to general fitness, Karl has the expertise to customize training plans for his clients. He also specializes in youth athletic development, including overuse injuries and prevention.

Christy Chester
Christy graduated from Beijing Sport University after having devoted her life to Olympic Weight Lifting since the age of 12. Christy has won many awards in weightlifting, bodybuilding and CrossFit including being named the 2018 Fittest Woman in China. She earned her Master’s degree in Physical Education & Sports Training from Beijing Sport University, China. She specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss, and high intensity training. She adds many sports elements into her workout sessions. She has rich experience in helping clients build muscle, lose fat and accomplish their fitness goals..
Certifications: Personal Training Certification by Chinese National Sports Bureau, CPR/AED, First Aid, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Russian KettleBell Instructor, Club Bell Instructor, International Bodybuilding Coach, Prenatal & Postnatal Pregnancy Fitness Instructor.

Level 2 Personal Trainer
Robert Wendling
Robert graduated with a BS in Sports and Biomechanics and a MPH in Health Education and Health Promotion from the University of Cincinnati. His focus is to help clients improve daily performance, whether it is sport or daily life specific. His clientele includes those with diverse needs, whether it is to become a better athlete or recover from surgery. He also focuses on prevention and management of chronic conditions. His specialities include increasing athletic ability, functionality, weight loss, and the management of chronic conditions.

Level 4 Personal Trainer
Laurie Lefton
Laurie graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Exercise Science. Upon graduation she gained valuable experience working with two different physical therapy teams. She dealt with back and orthopedic rehabilitation as well as acute care cardiac rehab. Her specialties include individual and small group training, injury prevention, rehabilitation exercise, helping clients with general fitness, weight loss, healthy lifestyle and weight management. She grew up swimming competitively and also enjoys teaching water aerobics at the club. Laurie has recovered well from a recent spinal fusion and plans on getting back to triathlon training. She is currently working toward her Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
