Devon is a Cincinnati native and attended Clark Montessori and Cincinnati State, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing. He began playing tennis at the age of 4 with ICTP (Inner City Tennis Project) under Rachel Fair and Tony Pack. Devon became a tennis instructor at the age of 16 and gave back to the community and ICTP by teaching for the organization that got him interested in the sport as a young man.
