Interval training using free weights and body weights while building cardio endurance to define and sculpt your body.

Cycle

Cycle provides an intensive cardio workout using stationary cycles, using music and verbal cues to stimulate cycling on roads and trails. While this provides a super intensive workout, it can easily be modified for any level.

Mat Pilates is performed on the floor using a yoga mat and various props. The main fitness goals include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.

Mentally and actively release tension using stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques. While building your core strength, this training also provides deliberate and intense muscle engagement.
