Chelsey was a stay at home mom of three when she discovered her passion for fitness! A devoted soccer player through high school and avid runner throughout her twenties, Chelsey found her place in the gym when she began weight training. She likes to keep her training sessions challenging yet fun where she incorporates anything from weight training, to cardiovascular training, to high intensity interval training depending on each client’s specific goals. Chelsey is driven by her clients’ successes in and out of the gym and relishes in pushing them to feel and look their best!
