An Air Force veteran with a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Molly took her drive for continuous improvement, innovation and service to others and obtained a certification in personal training and nutrition coaching from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Molly is now an accomplished endurance runner and is passionate about helping others accomplish their own wellness goals and unlock their inner potential through fitness. Molly takes a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition, emphasizing proper form and body awareness and incorporating various types of fitness training concepts, including bodyweight/HIIT training, TRX, yoga and Pilates, into her workouts.
