Meet Kae White: personal fitness trainer, and married mom of one! She knows how busy life can be as a student, a parent, and generally as a person. It’s hard to get back into and stay in the swing of things, but she is going to be there to help with that! Kae got her start towards personal training back in high school when she sustained an injury during softball. Devastated about no longer being able to pursue sports, she turned to sports medicine. Helping to support the body as it heals and preventative care opened her eyes to a world that she wanted to dive into headfirst! Kae cares deeply about helping her clients become the best and most confident versions of themselves through training their bodies and helping them reach their health and fitness goals: ONE REP AT A TIME!
