Geoff is dedicated to the integration of training and nutrition to optimize human performance. He is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Board-Certiﬁed Sports Dietitian with a Master’s degree in nutritional science. Geoff was previously a strength coach and performance dietitian for Special Operations Forces and the Air Force. While he specializes in training and nutrition for tactical athletes and elite youth athletes, he also has a passion for helping clients of all ages master exercise execution and develop the physical and mental strength to dominate life.

Amy was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. She worked at Sinclair College for 17 years helping Veterans use their GI Bill. While there, she became passionate about health and wellness and personal ﬁtness became a life long journey. Fourteen years ago she discovered living a healthy ﬁt lifestyle was her calling and decided to share her passion and knowledge to help inspire others to achieve their ﬁtness goals. As your trainer, she is able to help clients realize their potential in overall strength building focusing on core, ﬂexibility and balance to get the results you want. Her areas of expertise are Pilates mat and reformer, cycle, group and individual training.
